This application does exactly what it claims, has a nice, clean and simple to understand user interface. It provides your credit score for free monthly, will not damage your score, and provides a forecast so you can see any potential problems coming your way.It is also evolving so I know the developers are still caring for their excellent product and service.

I would give you guys five stars, but I resent the fact I’m having to use another app to view Equifax data. I’d much prefer to have all three within a centralised location.Would be great if you stopped flooding me with credit card and loan offers though… seems counter-intuitive since I’m trying to build my credit rating and report, not nuke it into the red. I appreciate that CCR reporting can assist with building your credit score, but having unsecured credit is a red flag for most brokers and I honestly don’t see the value in having a credit card unless you’re a frequent flyer.That said, I’m very happy with the design and user-friendly navigation. I’m curious to see where your team takes the app moving forward. Best wishes.
Password validation is broken

I use long, complex passwords, and it’s obvious that password validation through the app and the mobile website is completely and utterly broken. My existing password that works on desktop would not log me in, resetting my password 4 times would not log me in — when resetting on mobile, it doesn’t actually appear that the new password is actually being validated - the form for the new password simply goes away and takes me back to the login page, where I’m told my password is invalid again. As a sanity check I used a very basic password meeting the minimum requirements, and still the same issue occurs. Oh, and you can’t reach out to ClearScore directly for support - you need to fill out a webform that requires you to have a credit report ID, which of course you need to log in to get. Literally unusable as I can’t log in, worthless.

Is a reasonably good app, but there are some things that I have found that are hugely inaccurate. My report showed that I have an item that is “off track”. This particular report is inaccurate as I have a long standing account with a lender that has been open for a number of years, and is currently an active account.App is not great when it doesn’t show things like mortgages, credit cards and active credit accounts. Time for the developers to put on their thinking caps and fix this so users can see what’s happening with their credit scores more accurately.
