Can’t work out how to block my ex partner
My partner has access to our system and I’m trying to work out of me changing the password on the App works but I can’t find any info on this. It would be ideal if you could control the system at the box through the app but it doesn’t seem like I can??
App can’t view previous footage on more then one camera
The app is good, easy to use. But it is extremely annoying that when you need to check footage for a previous time period, you have to do it camera by camera. I don’t understand why the developers have done this, it doesn’t make sense. We have 12 cameras and when there is an incident you have to find the incident on one camera then go through each other camera, find the correct time and then try and piece everything together instead of just being able to view all cameras at the same time.
This needs to be fixed!
RXCamView Support Does Listen
I had an issue with the new app version and after sending support a email detailing the problem with the new app not supporting my iPhone 5 and not having 6 camera viewing they responded with will be sorted in next update.... So waited and to their word everything was fixed and all working well. Good Job support team, WELL DONE !
