- Default Translator (iOS 18.4+) — set Mate as your system translator and the iOS Translate action everywhere uses Mate. 250+ languages instead of Apple's 20, plus synonyms, definitions, phonetic transcription, reverse-translate, and noun genders, all inside the system popover.
- Safari Extension — translate entire web pages or selected text without leaving the browser.

The safari extension of this app is great. Webpages can be translated easily into your chosen language. I've noticed there is a one off charge for the app now. I had been using it since it was free and the developers have given all users who supported them from the beginning a free pro subscription which was very generous. If you need a translator regularly this app is well worth purchasing.

Much easier to use than google translate

I am not sure why I find this so easy to use but it is. I am learning both French and German (C1 level) and try to read three news articles a day. This app just makes checking words I don’t know very easy. Plus, by giving several,choices for single terms it makes it easier to get a feel for the meaning.

Horrible quality

Very disappointed in this at a premium ($40+) specifically for the Macedonian language only to find the audio example quality is terrible, almost impossible to understand. Definitely impossible to understand the correct pronunciation.German, French etc are obviously very clear though.. You’ve advertised support for the Macedonian language on your website but arguably the most important feature doesn’t work.Shame as it is a very polished app otherwise, I have requested a refund
