Do I have to be on the same plan as my co-parent?
No, you can communicate through TalkingParents no matter what plan your co-parent is on. We offer three different plans—Essentials, Enhanced, or Ultimate.
Is TalkingParents court-monitored?
No, though Unalterable Records are court-admissible and can be used as evidence in family law cases, no one monitors interactions between you and your co-parent. This is for the privacy of our users.
Can I change plans?
Yes, TalkingParents offers monthly subscriptions that make it easy to modify your plan at any time. If you don’t think your needs will change throughout the year, we also offer annual plans that include an 8% discount.
Can my account be deleted?
No, TalkingParents does not allow the deletion of accounts once created and matched. This ensures that neither co-parent can remove an account and clear messages, call records, or other details within the service.
I have used the journal, calendar and conversation space in the Talking Parents App for around 6 months now. It has made it safe for me to communicate with my sons father taking away the anxiety which was associate with opening an email which might be passive aggressive or manipulative. It is in a neat organised structure making it much easier to follow than email trails. It has made a real difference for myself although I still don’t feel our communication is strong enough to improve outcomes as much as I had hoped for our son the improvement will be seen in the bigger picture by this app. I dislike that I have to type every changeover in week by week due to their been no option to repeat and there is occasional glitch.

We appreciate your feedback! Phone calls through our service are only supported using a US or Canadian mobile phone number beginning with +1. Phone calls are connected using a third-party toll-free phone number that currently only supports locations with the +1 country code. However, Video Calls are connected app to app; therefore, parents can use video calling anywhere the TalkingParents Android and iPhone mobile app is available. The app glitches in regards to notifications and calendars and has to be restarted. It also sometimes shows the message coming from the other person when it came from you. Very expensive for a messaging platform that has loads of bugs.

Full membership and unable to download audio for court

I have paid $40 a month and contacted customer service 3 times in the last 72 hours to look into why I am unable to play audio from a recorded call. I need this to prove DV and this apps entire existence is flawed if the user is unable to download evidence.
