Learn Points of Sail, Apparent Wind, Sail Trim, Tacking and Jibing, Rules of the Road, and Docking. Then, put it all together when you sail around a course against the clock in the Sailing module.
Sailing Challenge combines the most innovative thinking in the digital education field with ASA’s experience in teaching sailing to create a game that lets players climb aboard, take control of the tiller in one hand and the mainsheet in the other, and sail off on a virtual sea of fun. When the ASA says the fun starts here, we really mean it!
I’ve found this app great in helping me learn to sail. I was most impressed after letting my 10year old daughter play the game of sailing around a few times because when I finally took her sailing months later she had an amazing grasp of rudder abd sail positions relative to the wind purely from the game; theory parts excluded!! I actually think this has potential to be even better!

I think this app is by far the best and most engaging app I have found to help me with basic sailing that I need right now. I thank-you and I’m very much grateful for the hard work. I cannot get out on a boat these days and so it’s a sturdy refresher for me to study. Please don’t go away!!
