I've played this game a dozen times but now it just won't open. I've been deleting and reloading and still nothing. What's going on

I really really love these sort of games, and this series has always been one of my favourites.But the problem with this one is that there’s a glitch where it overlaps the home screen with whatever level you are on and messes with the controls, it often exits a level mid game and erases the progress. I’ve had my progress wiped 2 seperate times. If it was not for this bug, this game definitely deserves a 5/5.

The sound is broken, often there will be no sound effects during levels, I even try restarting. There are ads after every level that go for a very long time. I would pay the subscription fee, but it isn’t wise to do so with the no sound bug, and yes, sound works in all other apps, sound is turned on in the game etc
