Arena of Valor 12+

I usually don’t write reviews but having played dota through my adolescence / college days, this game brings back nice memories. Most heroes will be recognisable if you’ve played dota or hon. What this game does well however is the reporting feature. Going idle or disconnecting during a game will get you severely punished which I think is fantastic as the latter was missing in both dota & hon. Verbal abuse is little to none compared to other MOBAs. Again, thanks to the reporting feature. I do have to say that albeit being great at reporting players, I wanted to try a new hero and did horribly bad (0-4) my team reported me and lost 12 credibility points. Which I think is unfair given I wasn’t idle and sometimes you do make honest mistakes. If however that’s the price to pay for punishing people that abandon your team then I’m willing the bear the harsh punishment. My only problem though is - the game keeps telling me that my wifi connection is unstable as such I always had to switch to 4G to enter the queue which I then revert back to wifi. I do however command this as no one would want to play with laggy players. To dota players: this game is more much fast paced with weaker towers and no barracks. Backdoor is very easy and has won many of my games.

I have been seeing tones of verbal abuser nowadays in Arena Of Valor. It ruins people’s experience in game. I hope that you make the punishments for these verbal abuser much harsher. Whilst I think this will reduce the amount of abusers, this decision can have another outcome. I also noticed that when you are loading and you see everyone’s heroes. There’s tips that you can see, I observed in one of the tips and I realised you spelled brush instead of bush. Some servers are also very laggy, I tested my wifi with an app called speed test and I always get around 50mbps download speed and around 25 to 30mbps upload. But for some reason it still lags hope you fix it thanks.

I used to play Dota so this game remind me a lotto Dota. Generally the game is great with a wide range of different heroes. However, the high ping is really bother me since I can’t use the hero which need a good ping. For example, florentino, when using this hero in practice I can play flawlessly, but in actual game, it is so lag that I can barely touch 1-2 flowers. The report system doesn’t help much. I met a lot of players who I certainly sure that they using hack tools, especially map hack. But when I report nothing really happened. I went beyond to contact customer service and provide the details, but when I submitted the form, it showed some error and ask to try again later?? like what is the point of this system? the match recording is a great tools for report but it doesn't have a share option. plus, it would be great if you can change the vision perspective in the recording as well. in general, i love the game, but you guys really need to improve on hack detection because this is unfair for the honest players
