Nice interface but lacks useful functionality of other money type apps

I have been a user of Banktivity for some time, but as an Australian user, it doesnt really support an interface to our banks. It's also quite expensive for the limited functionality I use.When I first used Money, I was and am impressed, particularly with the easy interface to my bank.The real frustration though is It's inability to make mass changes to account transactions. For example, I noticed that some transactions had the incorrect category (20 ), but the software does not enable the user to select all 20 and then select to change the category.Hello developer, I think this should be a must have feature - to be able to condition payee, category, tags etc as a batch process.

Money 4 to Money 6 WOW

I started with Money 4 back around 2010 and found it did all my household needs. The scheduler and forecasting graph gave me complete control of my finances.Eventually Money 4 fell apart and I was faced withh the agonising decision of - what next. The reviews of 5 didn't impress me so I held off. The reviews of 6 were varied when it arrived but I had to go somewhere and took the plunge. Before starting I texted their support and with simple instructions managed to transfer my complete system with absolutely no pain.Of course I dont have portfolios and have my own budgetting techniques. I also enter data directly from my bank pp and dont use the auto download - so I have had a really good system for my needs that was a vast improvement on V4.Of course there were some differences in the interface but I texted Jumsoft and they replied in 24 hours solving my little stupidities. I can't speak highly enough of their support

I have been using this money management tool for some years. It is easy to download transactions from the Bank and reconcile. Improvements could be made to reporting and Budget in particular. No doubt these improvements will come in due time. Many thanks.
