Very bad ride and no customer support also

I recently booked a ride for 600 and the car that came was in very bad condition but we got in since we were already late, once inside the cars seat were broken the ra review mirror was not there itself. And we were started getting skeptical but then out of nowhere in the middle of a highway with huge traffic the car got shut down and the driver said there was no fuel and left me in the road all alone in the scorching sun without any ac causing so much trouble and traffic on the highway all passing by vehicles were angry for stopping in the middle of the highway and the driver came back with petrol after 30 mins and filled it in the vehicle but it still did not start and when it started finally we had to switch off the ac to run the car or else it would stop running again and in that scorching sun with all the running vehicles I got sick from the pollution and he did not drop us at the drop point but instead said car can’t go inside and with so much luggage he left me on the road around 200 meters far from the stop and also when it showed 630 for me in the app he said it was 693 and demanded to pay the same. I have chatted with the customer support on the app but no use it did not connect me with an agent for 10 whole minutes until I asked it to and even when the agent was connected and I shared photos I had took of the car as well but ended it with a sorry and no refunds for such a bad ride and the chat was ended without consulting with me. Never thought this experience from rapido.

I’m booking a first ride so that rider ask me a much u pay me for that particular ride the Rapido rate is 43/- and the rider ask me three time more money after a long talk he canceled my ride and I have received my next ride after 20 mints the second rider was a good man but that particular issue I face too many times with Rapido so plz if a man a rider come to as and ask for money what I give it him then why your showing that price on you just give a note (ride apna sharto par hi Kare or passé rider ka hisab se)

Doesn’t work with iOS device

I tried many times to search for the ride on iOS but it shows all captains are busy even the captain stand next to me!! There are many bugs but I congratulate for this great app! Please do make changes for iOS in this app, so that users can easily use it on their iPhones!
