working fine but...

It was working fine, sometimes it disconnected itself but I'm not complaining because it's free.However, today it just stopped working, it won't start up. I don't know how can I fix this

When I downloaded it years ago, it was free. But now it needs purchase. My purchase was always not successful when I tried.
