LightYeeAr takes advantage of the developer mode of Yeelight smart bulbs. This means that every command from your phone to your bulb is transferred via your local Wi-Fi router.
By having that feature you don't need an internet connection to control your bulb and every change you make is (literally!) lighting fast.
