Wow! I have just used the Carv system in a trip to Buller and I have never learnt so much about my skiing in such a short time. The stats and instant feedback are fantastic. The Carv system has reignited my love for carving and I have even bought some new skis to carve harder and faster. It is so simple and adds a new dimension to ski fun on the slopes. Could not encourage like minded skiers enough to give this product a go. Can’t wait to see the updates in December!!

The app and sensors work well and give you nice analytics which help you know if you’re improving. However, the coaching needs work, as it doesn’t really tell you what you’re doing wrong. Just giving beeps doesn’t help if you don’t know what the issue is, so voice feedback with hints would be better. Also the voice is terrible, like a shockingly bad robot, this needs to be improved with a more natural voice. The other missing part is an Apple Watch companion app, having to get your phone out of your pocket while skiing as silly if you have have a watch.

I am amazed how good this product is. I have just finished my first day skiing with this application and I can not believe how much I have improved. Having feed back after a run and suggestions on how to improve is amazing. I think this product has given me more benefit than a lesson with an instructor. (I have had plenty of lessons)Well done Carve, please keep adding content

I’ve been skiing for 36 yrs - loved every second - spent a house load on lessons for my family and I which was worth it but Carv has given me a whole new way of practicing and feeling so great about improving even after this long. When you have limited time on mountain it’s a brilliant way of accelerating your ability on your own terms.
