Stopped working. Impossible to add your credit card

App no longer works. Says the credit cards arrangements have changed but impossible to bring up the part of the app to add your card again. The only way to do this is when you purchase but it just won’t display the fields for you to enter.I contact support via the apps chat and could not resolve the problem either. Said I had to wait till next time I need to purchase and try via the web site then.A lot of frustration to try and save a few dollars.
Stay away from these guy cash back offers. They ignore all attempts to communicate with them.

Years ago I bought a Hamilton Island holiday deal through these guys with a cash back offer. I never got the cash back rewards. At the end of the last year my company got these guys to do a show and tell about their services and I pointed out that this happened. I pointed out that there is no way to get in touch with them when something goes wrong like what happened to me and they said to get my company to contact them with the details and they would look into it and help me, but they’ve been ignoring the several attempts my company has made to get help on my behalf. Their support for customers when something goes wrong is non-existent. It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of these guys. Be very careful and stay away from their Earn cash back rewards etc.

I’ve had no trouble using the app over the last several years. It does glitch very occasionally. Sometimes it’s tedious when I have to log back in on the desktop version to set credit cards but that’s hardly needed now that I can pay with Apple Pay. I set up a Reminder for those vouchers that don’t show a balance on opening, with a link to the voucher and the remaining credit in the title.

There’s always a problem that prevents you from using it.Not being able to see the balance as most of users have pointed out makes it very unpractical. I feel this is a problem from the actual merchants, that only wants you to buy the coupon but never spend it, so making it clunky makes it more likely that you will not spend the whole balance. You end up with lots of coupons not fully used and the savings is just a illusion.It’s annoying when you want to buy credit to pay when you are the counter and it doesn’t work; and extremely annoying when you have the credit but can’t access it.So what you have to do is to buy in advance, which is vey good for the merchants, and then when you gonna spend the credit it doesn’t work.Bottom line is - good for the merchants that get paid in advance, good for the employer that lures you with perceived benefits and for the company that sells this to the employer; the user is the one that have to lend money to the merchants and can’t use it in the end.
