Worse App and device Ever!

Setting up was like dealing with an old out date app. None of instructions worked as given. Worked that out for myself. Only thing this app is good for is upselling subscriptions to whatever. Tried to activate after setting a dongle and I kept getting what I thought was an account log in only to discover as payment landing page wanting my payment and ID Info. I’d bought trail subscription to sports app for $80 month! wt????When I finally did get in, what was provided was none of the services advertised during sales pitch to buy. What it did have was out of date & I ready have and get for free on my tv! What a rip off! If I could give a minus I would -5!

Sorry, we think there might be some misunderstand. EZMira is an all free app, we would not cost any extra fee from our user. We suspect you may wrong click the ads in EZMira app, and pay for them. Please check your receipt and ask the ads provider refund.

There is not Settings icon on app

Step 3 of the setup requires you to press the ‘settings’ icon in the app. There is no ‘settings’ icon on the connect page (or any other page)

Please first connect your phone to Wi-Fi hotspot of dongle, and pair to the dongle in EZMira App, then it would show the Setting icon.If you cannot find the setting icon, it may due to you haven't connected to dongle's Wi-Fi or pair to it in EZMira App.Please kindly check your using steps again and make sure connect correctly.

Sorry for the bad using experience. We would forward this valuable feedback to our develop team and improve it. You can setup the dongle using browser directly. Connect to the dongle ssid via WLAN and then enter to the URL of 192.168.203.1 to start to setup the dongle.
