I have purchased and used just about all security services there is to offer and actually gave up on purchasing mobile security. Until a sales representative at Good guys retail store recommended me to purchase Trend Micro Security for my laptop and other devices……. I am very pleased with Trend Micro Security…..as through my experience with other mobile security services my devices were compromised and personal information was stolen and being permanently locked out of personal accounts was so stressful, feeling vulnerable and unsafe from cyber criminals.However I now know I have great value for money and trust in Trend Micro Mobile Security etc.

VPN is good when it works, but I often find it had turned off for some reason and I had been on the Net without a VPN! This is made worse by the fact that VPN sign does not stay at the top right corner of the screen (within seconds it is replaced by either the WiFi or signal strength logo.I have set it to be always on and set it to auto reconnect it something fails, but I have lost confident in it’s ability to provide protection and I find myself having to load up the software every time I use my phone to check VPN is on. It is basically useless in providing peace of mind.

I paid almost 400 dollars for this connected with my laptop at the start of last year, i’ve been trying every since to use the VPN but it always disconnects right after connecting. And when it DOES connect when I try to go on websites nothing works and it says theres ‘no internet connection’ it doesn’t work on my laptop nor my phone. This was a waste of my time and money, tried reaching for assistance and the website is on ‘high demand’ didn’t even get a response.
