Find your time
ShiftMatch is a SaaS solution to manage a contingent labour force through the targeted automated matching of available staff to rostering vacancies allowing organisations to improve their workforce efficiency and reduce labour costs while empowering the workforce.
This App seamlessly integrates with the browser-based software enabling staff to accept shift requests within the App and without the need for email or SMS/TXT responses. Staff now have more flexibility and access to manage their work anywhere, anytime.
Please note that this App will only function if you have an existing ShiftMatch account.

Version 2.3.0.1
Further simplification and clarification on the passwords that are considered valid. As well as improvements around the reset password area and when we have no data to return.
This should lead to much more stable system, especially around new logins.
Ratings and Reviews
Does not show Badges
Even though I have the Badges turned on in the phone settings, the badges are not showing on the app. App would be a lot better if you could change the notification sound to something of your choice, ie something you can actually hear.

Hi Ro357mag, Thanks for your feedback. At the moment all the notification settings are generated through the phone itself, as you point out. We'll look at trying to make it a bit more specific to the App in the near future.
Won’t recognise the area I work
I only work in emergency but can’t see any emergency shifts.
Says I’m emergency qualified on both work and phone profiles but still can’t see any shifts available in emergency on the app.
Changing Password
It’s been a pain trying to change the password. Can’t access the app, when changing the password the submit button not working. The app has been deleted multiple times and re-download it multiple times with the aims of getting it work but nothing. I am sign in the app but can’t access it as it keeps asking me to change password.

Hi Nmnmy, Thanks for your feedback. We agree it is also painful. So we are changing that and should have a new version up soon. We have tried to make it easier to understand, give more useful feedback about what might be wrong with a username or password, and generally simplify the process.
