You will expect to come across problems. Always have an alternative solution in case TnG fails you as it will. Customer service is a nightmare, don’t expect them to help. You need to have basic problem solving skills and expect to manage technical issues yourself.

Trying to reactivate my wallet from 10 years ago when VEP was first introduced, cannot access my account, cannot get help from support as they only ask more and more questions - what don’t you understand by cannot access my account???
