HC&ME is a digital hydrocephalus diary that provides a comprehensive documentation of life with hydrocephalus and everyday life with a shunt:

- your individual symptoms at different times of the day
- your daily activities
- your personal shunt pass with all information around your shunt
Your HC diary shows you all the entries in a comprehensive overview, which helps you to learn more about you and your hydrocephalus and to always have the necessary information with you.
HC&ME was developed by Christoph Miethke GmbH & Co. KG. The company has been developing and producing neurosurgical implants for the treatment of hydrocephalus since 1992 and has always been in close contact with doctors and patients to learn more about hydrocephalus every day.
