The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your TVBAnywhere+ Premium plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions:
1. This payment will be charged to Apple Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users’ iTunes Store and App Store Settings after purchase. Uninstalling the TVBAnywhere+ App does not automatically end your subscription. Please visit the Apple store to view, change, or cancel your subscription policy https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT202039 for service cancellation. (Note: Per Apple's cancel policy, this service will be automatically renewed for 1 month if the customer fails to turn off Automatic Renewal more than 24 hours before the renewal date.)
4. This Premium SVOD service is only available to existing Basic/Free Zone Service customers. Upon termination of Basic/Free Zone Service for whatever reason, this service will be automatically terminated at the same time and no refund or offset or transfer of fees paid will be provided.

After downloading the episode, I go offline and it won’t let me enter the account, saying that I have not log on for more than 7 days. However, my last log on was only few seconds ago. After online again, all my downloads have expired and I need to download again. So what is the point of the download if I can’t watch while offline?

1. No chromecast/airplay options. Can’t believe TVB doesn’t include such important functions in their app. It’s 2020.2. Can’t login to website to pair the mobile app with smart TV. Keeps saying system busy no matter day and night.3. App interface is not intuitive at all, especially when using on a pad.4. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for VIP or VVIP (the price seems fair if this app works properly). But so far the app is such a disappointment I just don’t think a monthly subscription is worth all the hassle. Considering a huge fan base internationally for so many years and in 2020 TVB couldn’t even include some basic functionality in its app? What a huge letdown.

Improve UX
Are you kidding me?!!!!!??!??
Improve UX - add in the fast forward by 10/15secs like other streaming services, change how the other episodes in a series is displayed, allow the video to be minimised whilst still browsing other series to watch, allow chrome cast, if I switch to another app it doesn’t resuming playing when I open the app back then (please make this much more user friendly like all the other streaming services)

Need to be able to Chromecast onto TV

This app is not really good if you can’t Chromecast an episode onto TV. For a 40-45minute long episode you can’t expect someone to be in front of their phone and holding the phone for that long for an episode, it’s definitely not good for the eyes in the long run, plus the battery usage if this app is used on the phone would have dramatically be drained. So unless this problem is fixed, it’s not really an app that’s worth downloading. You really need to consider this and update the system!
