Hi I am greatly upset that you guys have wiped all my progress from this game. I was level 64 and had completed 13 rooms I have now for some reason gone back to level one. I don’t know if it was a computer issue or someone has hacked my account. I would like my progress put back please as this is so unfair I am not happy at all it’s down right cheating in my books😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. I was asked to sign in with my mobile number and my password which I did and this has happened fix it please.Hello thank you so much for fixing my progress back to level 67 this was one of my favourite games I am playing the game again and enjoying it 😀👍🙌

Latest update disappointing

The new update has made the game less enjoyable. The battle room use to be nice themes. Now it is hectic and about attacking others, while trying to protect yourself from attacks. If I had wanted to attack others there are plenty of other games to do it in. The numbers go vertically and are smaller making them harder to read. It now takes longer to gain another ticket in the battle so only 2 a day instead of the previous 3. I use to find the battle games relaxing and now it leaves me stressed. Half my team no longer plays the battle room. The chat area is greatly improved. The standard bingo game is still great and has numbers horizontally and larger enough to read. Bring back the old battle games.

I would like to bring to your attention that the reward for finishing Milan is only 1,000 where as the reward has been building up to 10,000 for Amsterdam, Milan was the next city, so why did the amount drop down to 1,000 ? I am pretty sure it is a typo error and I would like to have at least 10,000 rewarded to my game ! As I think that was due to be 11,000. Have you been advised about this mistake before? Thanks Gay Upton, Australia.

Poor update and money grabbing

Great update to the game, removed the daily bonus so all it wants me to do is spend money...I’ve moved onto another game and loving it much more. Why do game developers think it is great to hook you and then expect you to poor loads of money into playing it. The game is full of ads and that is the only way to get enough credits to continue playing. The update that run recently has emoted any incentive from playing. I’m deleting the game and moving onto a better game. Adios 😡🤯And then you responded with the standard response about Facebook and your daily bonuses! The same response you proved to all users who have said the same thing...join the dots - your game is a rip off! I deleted it and won’t be reloading. If you were a serious developer you would acknowledge the feed back but all you want is our money

Sorry for your experience. Please note that daily bonus is not removed, you can reload the game and check it. Here are some useful advice for accumulating tickets. ※Get limitless tickets from your friends and club members every day. You can invite your Facebook friends to join the game to get more gifts from them. ※Play the low-cost room to get the rewards for completing the daily task. ※We send tickets on our Facebook fan page. ※System sends free gifts every 22 hours.
