great for an array of art for simple to more intricate. aids learning how to draw pixel art and overal easy use. some things i would change, e.g the technicalities of the colour pallets but that could just be my inexpereince! :)

This is a really simple, fully featured tool.I'm surprised that this is available for free because it seems to just work nice, and has pretty well everything you need, especially as a beginner.Just some points that may make it better would be if it was just a little bit clearer what each icon did, that would be helpful, and also a more intuitive way to work with colours.It's a bit strange to go from the colour selector in the menu, and then when you want to add a colour to the pallete, it does not automatically load the currently selected colour. This means you have copy/paste the hashcode from the colour you've picked into the new colour box in the pallete, which is necessary if you use the colour picker tool.Otherwise it's really fantastic.

I went looking for a pixel art kind of drawing program, naturally being on apple I didn't have access to Paint so I found this.I was expecting it to either be really bad or to be full of in-app purchases, have a water mark or lock on the saves.It had none of this, what I got was a full featured app which shines in it's ability to make pixel art.Thank you to the developer!I plan to now buy the pro, because you treated me as a valued customer from the get-go and provided me with something I never thought I was looking for but will never go back.

Holy cow bro! When I was looking for a simple, easy to learn, and amazing art studio so that I could work on making icons for my game. I downloaded this and HOLY it is peak. This studio is PEAK CINEMA and I would def recommend it. Lowkey this is underrated and is so awesome for starter designers.
