Vixer is an easy app to use. The functionality of it is pretty easy and straightforward. Compared to other editing apps I’ve used, this app has many functions and settings. The thing I love most about this app, is that you can extract music from videos in your album! A few changes that can be made is when editing a video and music to sync together. For instance if I need to edit a video from many videos I can’t edit the single video when I’m in the audio settings to sync with the audio. I need to get out of the audio and go back into trim to edit the video and then go back to audio to see if it syncs with the video. This isn’t an issue however, more transitions can be added. Other than that, love the app!

The crux of this app is to help you build and edit your own videos. As a Tik Tok and Instagram user who makes content to share my art I find that it has all the basic editing tools one would require. Fortunately it does have free music which can be used, however you do need to pay for and download songs if they are not on the app, I think if paying for an app you should have accessibility to a bigger music suite. When competing with other apps I believe this one could make improvements to its overall editing tools and music library but it’s good. I really need to give it a bit more of a chance as I actually forgot to use it as I generally share all my Tik Tok content to other platforms. So haven’t required Vixer as you can use the in-house editing that comes with Tik Tok. Society is very fast food in terminology to describe what we want from our apps and social media platforms. I feel expectations are high and the basic idea of this app may need some levelling up to reach market expectations. So understand why people have given it a 1 star. The advertising to lull the buyer in on social media is good but I guess we as society are moving past the need for basic video making apps as our social media platforms are satisfying this need. As a consumer who invested in this purchase to improve my videos it’s a 3/5 this would have been amazing 5 years ago when I first started making content but feel it’s been left behind and needs a makeover. I probably wouldn’t renew my subscription based on the lack of use. But hey if it improves and offers me more tools and music I would consider subscribing again.
Waste of money!

I have lost HOURS on this app, multiple times, thinking it’s user error but I’m now pretty fluent and can say premium subscription is a waste of money. Firstly, I didn’t choose to pay this - I created a video, it wouldn’t let me save without paying (saying I was using a paid editing tool) so I re-did the entire video and it said the same thing again though I only changed the speed and added music - both free options. I messaged support and they did not respond so lacking time to re-do another on a different app I just stupidly paid the fee.I’ve tried to create another video, it says files were not added as they were damaged which is untrue I checked all images and videos which were all fine. I tried to upload 450 images/videos/live images = failed. I uploaded only live images and normal images = failed. I uploaded 400 images only = failed. I’ve tried x9 tonight as well as updating the app - it just closes completely without loading any content whatsoever. A refund is not going to give me back hours wasted but nonetheless I want my money back.

I’ve only just started using the app, im no big time video maker, but for just my little travel videos that i want to do this has been perfect and easy to use. People always complain about having to pay for something but honestly its not even that expensive, and you pay to help the developers keep it up to date and working smoothly. So if you’re grateful that someone else put the work in to create an easy app to use, so that we don’t have to, just be appreciative, pay and be happy. If you truly feel you’re entitled to everything in life for free, then i have some sad news for you :/
