At first sound didn’t work but my phone was on silent and once I turned sound on my phone it works fine. So no issues with sound for us . Got the game with Christmas advent calendar
Daughter loves it !

My daughter loves this app. Seen people complaining about no sounds. Not too sure if the problems been rectified since, but no sound problems here. You do have to have your phone/ iPad on loud, otherwise there is no sound, but that’s for a lot of apps. Great app. Thank you !
New version is terrible!

The old Gabby’s Dollhouse app was great, including unlocking the levels with codes from the physical toys that we purchased. Since the takeover/update, it’s now pay-to-play and we have lost everything that we had previously unlocked (with the codes from the toys) The app is glitchy, the sound doesn’t work and overall the whole thing is very disappointing. Will be uninstalling!

If you no longer have your QR code, please go to the Parent Icon (top-left) > Settings > Scroll to the bottom and select "Unlock All Rewards," and you should then see a gift box in each available room with fun items to explore! Before it was super fun and there were mini games and You cold go on all the levels and now you can only go on the bottom one’s and there are no mini games I don’t really mind that the only levels you can go on are the bottom ones but it is really annoying that you took away the games and changed everything 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
