Quick and convenient for those who cannot leave home!

Everything was great including the consultant, I felt welcomed and professionally assisted with my needs during the video call with the GP. Thank god there’s a service like this because I couldn’t leave the house but I needed a MC for absence as a senior student :D . One star was taken off, as the day prior I tried calling but I was directed to a pharmacy background with noises but no assistance. It had me very confused and was unsure if my money had been spent without any Medical certificate issued. (If that happens just contact them and wait the next day)

I’ve been feeling awful for a few days and really didn’t feel like being on the phone. After calls to several doctors offices, I was told that I wouldn’t be able to have an appointment for at least a week and since I just needed a medical certificate, it felt wrong to get an emergency appointment.Within seconds of pressing the button to connect, I was speaking with someone who was incredibly helpful and had a medical certificate before we even said goodbye. I would recommend this service to everyone. The small amount for the certificate is much better than the $80 odd you’d usually pay for an appointment.

I have an iPhone 10s with an updated iso 16 and the app settings doesn’t have camera or microphone in it to allow access to even use this app. I’ve tried everything and still get the same results. I’ve tried even google searching for problems and all it says is go to settings to allow access which in my case it doesn’t or it says to turn my phone on and off again still nothing. What a waste of three hours trying to figure out why it won’t work with no results.I tried to go to support for the app but you only allow people to email use by using mail app on the iPhone which again is stupid because I don’t use it. If I could add a picture here I’d show you that the app doesn’t have the buttons in settings on my phone to allow the camera to work.

Such an amazing app to obtain a medical certificate if needing sick leave. It saves from going into a doctors office or leaving the house- especially during these times that is critical when we needed to self isolate. Interface of the app is easy to use and makes Telehealth appointments quick and easy. I have already recommended to my workmates who have trouble finding appointments when needing a sick certificate, as working in healthcare myself means working overtime and odd shifts making it hard to make an appointment around an already busy work schedule. Would recommend this app!
