Signs me out and doesn’t allow access for weeks at a time
This app drives me crazy as it’s our primary communication for our high school. It often signs me out and then I can’t log back in (usually saying my password is wrong) for weeks at a time. I also try log in on my laptop to the website but this also has many errors and again I’ve not been able to login for weeks
Logging in error
I have always had trouble logging in to the app, I have to log in pretty much each time I use the app, it doesn’t stay logged in, I read similar review from another user too, also I don’t get push notifications either, my phone set for push notifications for this app but I never received one soI keep missing messages, I only see when I log in. Please fix the issue. Thanks
The web is better
On the app you have no choice to use the computer mode while on the web you can.
In computer mode it makes everything so much easier than the mobile mode.
