Plan your day, build better habits, and make steady progress on the goals that matter to you, all in one app.
Griply connects your daily tasks and habits to your bigger goals and the why behind them, so today's plan ties back to where you actually want to go. That golden thread, from a long-term vision down to today's tasks, is what pure to-do apps and habit trackers leave out. It also works as a clean, flexible daily planner on its own. Tasks can stand alone and don't have to link to a goal, so if you came here from another task manager and want something that also helps you grow, you'll feel at home from day one.
People run Griply for methodologies like the 12 Week Year, Getting Things Done (GTD), yearly goal-setting, and ADHD-friendly daily planning.
GOALS & SUBGOALS
Set a measurable goal with a start value, a target, and a deadline, then watch your progress fill in as a chart climbs toward the finish line. Break a big goal into smaller subgoals, then break those down into the daily habits and tasks that move them forward. That golden thread, from goal to subgoals to the things you actually do day to day, is what turns a year-long ambition into a clear set of next steps you can start today.
HABITS
Build routines that stick. Track your completion rate and perfect weeks by week, month, or year, and keep your momentum going on the habits you care about most. Schedule them however you like, from every weekday to a set number of times per week.
DAILY PLANNING
The Today screen brings your tasks and habits into one view, and carries overdue items forward for you so nothing slips. Set reminders on any task or habit, get a daily overview each morning, and a weekly nudge to plan the week ahead.
CALENDAR
Plan your day on a real calendar with 1 to 5 day views. Press and hold to draw a time block and see whether the plan actually fits before it starts, then drag things around until it does. Connect your Google Calendar and Outlook to see those events right alongside your tasks and habits, so your whole day lives in one place.
WIDGETS
Put your day on your Home Screen. Add widgets for your Today list, your habits, and your goals, and check off habits straight from the widget without opening the app.
SMART LISTS & FILTERS
Filter, sort, and group tasks to focus on what matters today. Save the views you use most as smart lists and reopen them in one tap. Add tags to organize across goals, projects, and contexts, and search across everything in seconds.
LIFE AREAS
Group your goals, habits, and tasks under areas like work, health, and finance, each with its own goals and a vision of what good looks like, so you can keep your whole life in balance instead of just your work.
PREMIUM
Unlock an Insights dashboard that tracks your goals and habits over time, a goal Roadmap that lays your timeline out at a glance, custom life areas beyond the built-in set, and unlimited smart lists.
Use it your way. Run the full goal system from your long-term vision down to today's tasks, or keep it simple with a clean daily planner you actually enjoy opening.
Griply is named App of the Day in 200+ countries, with a 4.7-star average across 620+ ratings worldwide, and a daily home for people who want to set goals and actually reach them.

I looked high and low for an app with the ability to track habits goals and my daily to dos and this app is an all in one! I’m able to track everything with different units like money goals and also goals like drinking more water. Additionally it has a range of useful widgets and the ability to keep my app locked using Face ID. Also the journal function is another plus. I highly recommend this app to people looking to organise their life in the new year!!!!

Designed the right way

This one starts at goals and objectives and works its way down to talks and habits doing everything beautifully along the way

Thanks a lot! You perfectly described what we set out to build: starting with big goals and making it easy to turn them into daily actions. Really appreciate you noticing the design and flow!
Missed the basics
Rusty 25
I had high hopes for this app, especially mixing standard to dos and goal tracking together. However there is just no simple to do list, to see your tasks it has be tied to a goal or set for today. You’ll be trying to quickly add tasks and they’ll be no where to be found, except hidden in a dark recess of the app. And it’s too cumbersome/effort to add goals to today, which you’ll have to do each day unless pre-assigned.
Developer Response
Hi Rusty 25,Thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us last year. I wanted to reach out because we’ve made significant changes to Griply since your review, especially addressing the concerns you had about task management. We now offer a simple, standalone to-do list, so tasks don’t need to be tied to a goal anymore, and you can quickly see and add tasks without the extra steps. We’ve also made it easier to assign goals to today’s tasks, streamlining the process to fit more seamlessly into your day.If you’re open to it, we’d love for you to try the latest version and see if it works better for you. We’ve put a lot of effort into making it more user-friendly, and I hope it makes your experience with Griply more enjoyable!Hope to hear your thoughts!Have a great day,Amber
