They did not give me my thousand gems

I paid for 500. James didn’t come through so I’ve got another 500 gems. It didn’t go through either and then I got premium in that went through and it still didn’t give me my thousand gems

Purp is awesome for making friends but I’ve had a problem. Around a year ago I created aj count on my Samsung phone, which I recently lost. After that I got an apple phone, but I can’t log back into that account because when you download purp on apple the only option is “sign in with apple”. I really wish this wasn’t the case cause now I have to start all over again 😐

The apps great until you get banned for absolutely nothing. It says it’s because of inappropriate content but there’s no chance that’s true…. Smh
