You're hired, Coach. Strap on your headset and take the sideline because you've got full control of The Program, the most engaging and realistic College Football management game ever made. Success here is not given, it is earned.
If you want to build a College Football power and challenge for National Championships, you'll need to fully commit to your team. The Program is an immersive College Football experience that's so real you can feel the boosters breathing down your neck.

You get a limited amount of Recruit points which is enough to maybe scout/recruit like 4-5 players….and unable to have more unless you get the chests on the scouting map or buy more. Its actually stupid, the concept is good in the game with everything else….but it just lacks enough to keep me interested. Starting in the easiest league thats already has like 40 plus rating teams but your team is around 20 and getting slapped like more than 30 points each game. Its just not enjoyable. With scouting and recruiting lacking majorly, this games is not as good as I thought it would be….only enjoyed creating the team, training players and tactics. The rest is super bad. Sorry.

Reworked Audible Game Changer
- No longer redraws a new random set of 3 plays for a given slot when building your playbook for the week.
- After selecting your plays and before confirming your playbook, use Game Change to activate the Audible Game Changer for any play you've selected.
- Audible allows you to swap a play you've selected with any play from your coordinators playbook.
- Swapped in plays will match the play slot level of the play you're replacing.
- No restrictions on number of swaps as long as you have Game Change.
