3 TIMES. ITA DELETED MY RIVEW THREE TIMES WHEN WRITING THIS.I LOVE this game i have played it for hours while i watch shows and when i have free time but yesterday AND just now like less then a minute before i review this my progress got deleted. i was almost at level 300 then first time and just now almost made my way to 100. both times it happened after i watched an add to get an extra life but then it took me back to level 1. i have created an account to save my progress and when i logged out and logged back in it didnt fix it. this has HIGHKEY annoyed me. i uninstalled the app and will be reinstalling it and logging back in and am HOPEING that i get my levels back.i copy and pasted that stuff from above the before it got deleted. NOW TO KEEP WRITING 💪i have now reinstalled the app and all of my lands have been deleted this did NOT happen the first time, the first time i still had all of my lands but now i dont! in the game when you reach level five and and unlock that thinggy i dont know what its called but ANYWAY i was in the pink level thiggy and i still had around 40 something levels in it and im hopeing when i get to level five i have all of my levels still because i got around 120. my timbers have indeed been shivered my this. i love this game i would rate it 5 stars, its so fun it takes a little while to load into the game but after that its fine its not laggy or nothing. BUT. but. because all of my LEVELS AND PROGRESS GOT DELETED THAT PART IS IN THE NEGATIVES ALL THE WAY IN THE INFERNET BOTTOMMMM. please fix this and give me my levels back. i have screen shotted PROOF of it all bc i take alot of screenshots 😭. both times all my stuff got whipped after i watched an add to get another life because i was at 0 💔 PLEASE 🙏

Game is super fun to play. The amount of ads is insane (as is the case with these kinds of games) but the gameplay is still enjoyable. Keep in mind that it is most certainly a game designed to be addictive, though. However, I've been having a truly infuriating glitch recently where once I finish a level the game freezes and crashes, and I end up losing a heart while having to do the level all over again despite winning it. Given that sometimes the 'jams' are literally just up to chance, this is suuuper annoying. Please fix it; there's nothing wrong with my wifi or my phone. Also also, I've been noticing that sometimes I'll lose maybe three times in a row and when I try again I'm suddenly out of hearts (despite having a full 5 hearts when starting to play), what's up with that? Don't give any money to this game.

I’ve been playing this game for quite a long while and, generally speaking, I love it! But I absolutely hate the latest update that changes the little round colored guys into more detailed characters—animals, vegetables(?), etc. It is distracting and irritating. It does not make the game more fun, it makes it childish and more difficult to sort. Please change them back.
BUGS or on PURPOSE???

I understand that Adds are important to keep the game running, but if you promise a reward to me for watching an add, then you should make sure that I am getting what I got promised. I am playing this game for a long time now, I am actually on level 3984. Since the last update, which actually should have fixed the BUGS, the game does freeze during an app, requiring me to restart it (by that time I not only won't get the points, but have to replay the level) or I get a black screen with a little x on top, which doesn't change until I click on the x. If I then click on the x I get the message "Attention! You won't get your reward if the video hasn't finished." I have no choice but to click "Close" otherwise my screen is black forever. After I click on close, I have do endure the video in full, without getting the points for it, of course...! This is now becoming so annoying that I am going to delete the game.
