I started using Doorzo after a lot of recommendation from other users and was searching for a Japanese proxy replacement which Doorzo turned out to be what I just needed! The app and website layout is easy to use, searching and buying items have never been easier - I have found some rare items on here for great prices!! The coupons are also my favourite part about Doorzo! Prices made cheaper thanks to Doorzo! However, if an item or order has to be refunded then the money getting back to your account might take more than 2-4 weeks to process so be wary because you won’t be getting your money during this time. I want to mention the updates on items puts a lot of ease on the buyer’s mind, would still recommend Doorzo!

I do not recommend this proxy at all.I made a purchase via Doorzo, apparently, they don’t even bother to place the order for their customers. The product that I wanted was already sold out and the status of my order was still waiting for purchase. Then I contacted the customer service, they kept speaking in a robotic tone that it wasn’t their fault even though they had plenty of time to place my order. They asked me to wait first, then the customer service representative ended the chat within 2 minutes and I didn’t even got a chance to reply back. Even though I told them that the product was sold out and they also confirmed that the product was longer available, they didn’t bother to offer me a refund. I have then wait for the next available customer service representative to request for a refund.This incident keeps happening, and when I asks for a refund, all I got from their team is a robotic answer that I had to wait for the automatic refund. Worst customer service ever, or should I say there is no customer service.
