The service itself is good, but the app is glitchy at best. June AI is mostly just repeating things back to me. Unable to edit weight once logged (or add missed days). Injection log keeps resetting when you start a new pen and clears all log history. Sticking with the program (for now) but if access to the app is supposed to be the “added value” (vs going to the GP), I don’t think it’s worth it.

How many times have you been given medication and be in your way.It has been refreshing with Juniper, that alongside medication there is so much support and community. Being part of Juniper fb community you hear stories how others are going, tips and anything you might want to chat about (Almost anything..)I feel well supported by Juniper staff and have committed via email. I am excited about their new chat option which is soon to arrive.And I have lost weight to boot. For me it is a long process, but I will get there.

This app is awesome. I love the June AI health assistant feature. It’s super helpful in keeping me accountable and helping me understand the right steps I need to take to hit my weight goal. I use it almost daily for all sorts of things like food advice, ideas on exercise, even helping me deal with frustrating events and setbacks in my life. It’s awesome and feels like a real time companion that knows me.

Juniper has the best doctors with the best weight loss results and a great community. Can’t recommend them more and this app is so user friendly! They are releasing a bunch of new features this year 😍
