I’ve been using blocking app for decades. Over time, they start to become bloated and full of stuff not relevant. Others, like Ad Block Pro, turns out to be Russian owned. I bought Wipr 1, and the moment Wipr 2 came out I bought it too. It has been a rock solid way to improve the online experience. Occasionally you’ll have to disable content blockers to get a page to work right (thanks Ticketmaster), but when a listicle from page 1 on Google doesn’t work I’m happier knowing my data wasn’t immediately sold to every kitchen appliance manufacturer on the planet just because I didn’t know what a trivet was.
