Extremely buggy

INSTAX Up is great for removing reflections when taking photos of your INSTAX prints but the app is incredibly buggy. It freezes then crashes constantly while processing the multiple photos taken to remove reflections. When it isn’t crashing it distorts the photos so you have to try multiple times to get a good photo. The app has no bug reporting option that I can find so I can’t even report the issue.

2 things for the app creators to consider

It’d be great if it allows to scan from photos existed in the albums instead of scanning physical photos which are not available besides us all the time. Also, it’s annoying in the address part, where I have to specify places, can’t just leave it as a big city or a country there. If these are updated, please let me know :)

Removing reflections.

The app overall is really good however, when I try to remove reflections, it would just make my screen go black and return to my home page. This normally occurs when there is low storage on your phone but my phone has 60+ gb available. So why is this happening ?

We have added a Memo feature that lets you record memories on your instax™ photos, and a Batch edit feature that lets you edit information for multiple instax™ photos at once. We have also improved the service. Please be sure to update to the latest version.
