Love the idea of the updated app but navigating and finding the things you want to see is a challenge, also clicking full screen for videos makes it bounce from landscape to Portrait! Also a better way to find latest videos and news would be great!
Can’t watch live pre season match after payment.

This is the worst app and website I have ever came across, I love arsenal that’s why I kept trying but it just waste my money and time last night I couldn’t able to watch the match at all and the website kept on getting stalled. Worst experience ever. I was trying to fill up the form for issue that I experienced but the app or website locked me out after filling everything it said it didn’t go through because there is an error.
Video jumps out of the page

Try to watch a video, when you maximise the screen it jumps out of the page and can’t be seen. I only access the app for the videos and it doesn’t work. Since the overhaul update I use the app less than once a month. Previously I was on it every 2-3 days. Terrible app now. No intuition, difficult to find things.
