I love the app for what it’s designed to do. I am having trouble with the recorder. Playback is either faint or non existent and there are no volume options within the app to speak to why this would be happening on a device set to full volume. Also the app support link just sends me to join or download more apps which is why I’m posting here. Keep up the good work and please work on an update

Have never been able to use the app. I have sound but when I try recording voice then play I hear nothing. Have tried resetting app but still nothing.
