So many issues.

Always having to login every 10 mins when app is still open. No other betting app I use makes you do that. When logged in and can see my $$ and place a bet, still says I need to login. Have taken screenshots. Feel free to ask me. Always says there is a login error 10 times a day as well. Same issues, just on different days. No tips for most Sydney races. Pretty sad really. Using my Laddies app more and more…

Awful app and difficult to do anything

This app has an extremely confusing UI that is not at all intuitive. Additionally, each time the user interacts with a button, or changes screens, they are faced with several seconds of lag before the screen loads. When viewing a list of the user’s bets, the screen is initially empty, and takes up to 10 seconds to load. There is no refresh button to make this process quicker. Furthermore, out of 12 sport betting apps, this was the only one where I had to call the help line to even make an account. Then I had to verify my card details by taking photos of my physical card, just to continue using the app, which no other app requires. After waiting 2 days for a response, where the card was denied, the only option was to once again call the help centre. Overall, this is one of the least user friendly apps I have encountered, with the least efficient verification processes I have ever seen. I would recommend never downloading this app.

Slow, Clunky, slow payouts, low odds, bad bookie advice

Reduced to 1 star. Trash! Very surprised at the high ratings for this app. I have a few betting apps and this one is very awkward and not smooth. Keeps signing me out and sometimes have to hard close app to get back in. I have to sign back in on my own device so many times in an hour. It is the slowest opening app on my phone, not for long! The payouts can be so slow and some odds are very low compared to market or other aps/companies. I frequently flick to my other betting apps for better more accurate bookie advice, form and video coverage. Lots of international events/races have odds and form and bookie advice missing. Have had good luck but nothing to do with app… that’s me! Doesn’t have good features, not user friendly compared to others and Unibet offers aren’t great. Pick up your game Unibet… What Odds are you offering for whether users will go elsewhere? 😉 Ditching it!

Slow App and more

Your App is extremely slow and unresponsive. Also it is quite deceptive that you make very loud and broad offers and then a person discovers that only inside the vault that nothing is virtually applicable to them. It’s possible that it’s not on offer for anyone and hopefully you get taken to task on that. We small punters understand that you should not offer promotions to professionals who can consistently beat you guys but to limit us and bar us from items that only let our money last longer with you is a low act from you. You know you will always beat us over the year and then we replenish and yet you still want to restrict us from things. I don’t get this business model.
