I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding simplistic visual design and ease of access. The overall experience overshadows that of the desktop version, which in contrast is quite clunky and inconsistent. There are little to no bugs or GUI glitches, and coupled with the streamlined usability it is a breeze to use. All features of the web desktop version are carried over to this app, and with many improvements. Animations are fluid, and general responsiveness feels on par with that of Apple or Google’s system apps. Did not except such outstanding achievement from a government branch, as most services offered are terribly designed with an inconsistent user interface. Whichever team who was behind the optimisation and general design of the application deserves a raise.

Welll it is not allowing me to text anyone And yes I know this is not working and that but I have reloaded it and it won’t let me and someone I need to tel the teacher something and it doesn’t work,that is what. I am concerned about and anyways everything else is like really good because it’s like a really good website and that you feel like school needs to like have a website like to like to online learning or something or like any assessments so that is why I’m writing it four

My daughter needed to do a conference call but she didn’t get the notification until the day after the call, there for she missed it. This app seems good but let me explain why it isn’t, from a parents point of view. First off, the app itself is quite glitchy and it’s very hard to access school work, you can only submit one assignment so how Is my daughter meant to show that she has done her work? Second of all, it randomly logs my daughter out of the app and resets itself making her loose all her progress from that day! That’s horrible seeing as she put all her time and effort into it. Also you can not do conference calls on laptop or computer which is what my daughter uses so she has had to download the app on her phone and iPad.Last but not least, it would be great if you could make it so that you could submit work into discussion without the other children seeing it, someone made fun of my daughters hand writing because of this!Anyways, children/ teenagers should be focusing less on school work at the moment and more on self hygiene and staying safe during these hard times! ( I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and the tough position I might be putting you in, I’m also sorry if I seem disrespectful or rude. But I just want the best for my child and all children out there. COVID-19 has really ruined somethings, my husband almost lost his job and our house 😢 But thankfully as he did loose his main job he found a new one that pays around the same amount!
