Frustrated and Over it
Don’t bother. This game was once great when created, before being taken over by Gaea, who have absolutely ruined it. The only reason I still play is for the friends I’ve made over the years, and because of how much I invested into the game in $$$ back when I was owned by it’s original developers. Back when it was actually worthwhile spending a few dollars here and there to get some added bonuses.They spend more time coming up with new ideas that are poorly implemented than they do fixing the plethora of glitches and issues within the existing gameplay, and when you do find a problem, it’s an absolute waste of time reporting it because their “support team,” will blame every issue on your phone and your game rather than try to resolve anything.A game that was once so good is really nothing more than a chat room for old friends with daily activities to participate in now. Not worth your time in starting.

The Customer Service and Game teams are horrible. They usually have no information about what is wrong with the game for you, and if they do give you an answer then you have to fact check it because they make a habit of lying to you. They’ll make accusations with no evidence and then penalise everyone for their own mistakes, even if no one saw the mistake. By the way, “Clyde” is not the highest point of contact even though they say they are. The game has so much potential, it’s a shame to see it going to waste with a company that doesn’t know how to interact with the public.

Fun game but have to spend big to be competitive

It is a fun game, but have to spend big and spend often to be competitive. Drop rate on special items/ generals is terrible. Recent example is top hat, one player bought over 200 chests and didn’t receive rare top hat item which was needed to recruit general. Game still has a few bugs. Used to be better before it was sold to Chinese company. Hard to survive when u are small unless in a strong alliance.
