Perhaps making materials obtainable by in-game money would be better rather than mega bucks or real life money. I have been playing this game close to 5 years now and absolutely LOVE IT however I notice I go through times where I’ll play for a month straight and then get so frustrated at the lack of materials I’ve received that I need and don’t play again for 3-6 months sometimes even longer. I wish materials were easier to obtain so I could progress further without the need of in-app purchases. I just find I’m always receiving materials I don’t need rather than the ones I want, this has stopped me from progressing a little smoothly and making the game a little less enjoyable. If materials were easier to obtain so I could build my bridges and objects around the area I would have given this game 5 stars. Such a shame as I really do love this game. Still %100 my favourite app just wish I could see more progress. I just look at it and think I’ve got %10 unlocked in 5 years and each time I play the time between playing again is longer so it would take me about 5+ years to get to %20 I would most likely die before I even complete %50 haha.

I would've advised you to spend your Megabucks on additional neighbors quite some time ago. If you do that, you get one material from each of them each day, and you would've progressed a lot faster. It's very unadvisable to spend Megabucks on materials since you don't get any return on them.

This new update is just horrible. You now have to pay for raw materials to make things for the shops to fulfil orders. Not only that, they have added a heap more materials required for items which makes things even more confusing, and also means it takes longer to get the items. Also I had all my factories set up in my city just how I liked them and now they are all gone with this new trade centre plonked no where near where I want it. Also they don’t set the trade centre up so I’m at the same point as I was before, I now have to unlock a whole heap of things to keep moving forward. Another thing, it used to take say 30 seconds to produce a piece of iron and 1.5 minutes to produce wood. In the new update these take 10 minutes and 2 hours respectively. Yet these materials are just as crucial as before. As such a big part of the game and how you progress, this makes the game nearly unplayable. I wish I could go back to the old version but it is a forced update. This is probably enough for me to stop playing the game. Edit - This is now the third time I’ve edited this review as I keep discovering more things wrong with this update. On the order board, I was fulfilling orders worth up to 400,000 coins. Now, the same items are required to fulfil orders, however the biggest reward for completing an order now is 5000 coins. Yet items and buildings still cost the same amount.

I’ve been playing this game for years now and have sunk countless hours into it. I enjoy it but there’s so many annoying features that have remained the same for years that annoy me. Like why do I have to tap the screen 500+ times a day to send gift to other players? How hard is it to make a “send all” button and be done with it. Depending on the time of the day, I can spend 5 mins tapping or 20 mins tapping hundreds of times just to send daily gifts. Also the coins are simply pointless. I now have over 6 Billion in game currency and it’s completely useless. How about utilising some of this, as I rarely need to spend any of it?Lastly you’ve got so much unfinished content because you focus so much on adding new content each week. I have buildings which have features unavailable because they say “coming later in the game”. It’s been saying this for years! Instead of pumping out so much content each week how about fixing some of the features that need an update?

Was a great game but not now

When I started playing 7 or 8 years ago it was fun. Not so much anymore in fact it’s boring. They’ve introduced all these new factories with no land to place them so that part of the game I can’t play. Removed our team competition 3 weeks ago with nothing to replace it. Have continual updates that don’t give you access to the game for 24 hours. Now they’ve introduced a monthly competition just like Township and because I can’t place any of the new factories without destroying what I’ve built I can’t play that competition either. The random daily gift has dropped from giving 9, 10 or 11 game cash to 1. I loved how the game used to play but not now. I hate how they’ve put all these icons all over the screen instead of leaving them in the little menu. They also keep deleting buildings that cost a lot of time and game cash to build and we receive no compensation for our efforts when they delete them. Once upon a time I would have recommended this game but not now.I do not recommend this game, I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the game to get anywhere. Now my screen is stuck. My trade centre which had 124 spaces now has 2. Everytime I go into the game something I had completed years ago says it needs to be completed. What a waste of 10 years.
