This app caters mainly to people based in North America, not so much for those outside. Aside from not giving the date a job was posted, their job alerts give jobs that were posted weeks ago and when you click on a link, you don’t get taken to the job listing in the app, but to your Feed in the Community tab. And the Community tab is full of ‘bowls’ populated mainly by people in North America, so there’s no opportunity to chat to local people about your local job market. The app wasted precious time I could have used better if I’d known.

My only concern is the lack of privacy options, you can’t hide your account, name, place of employment etc. The inability to edit (such as reviews), and that you have to contact them to edit your own details, that seems a bit overboard. Perhaps being able to edit it and it then goes under review would be better. Giving us privacy options, too.

I always tell people about my experience working with this company because after years I still have PTSD from it. The way I was treated and the way my colleagues were treated by the CEO was nothing short of disgusting. The bullying and belittling were next level, the lack of empathy astounding. I had remote employees crying on the phone to me, I often cried, people resigned constantly. I once saw an employee collapse unconscious and the CEO got up from her desk and closed her office door to the situation. The absolute chaos and wasting of company funds due to the staff turnover was ridiculous. There is nothing good to say about this company at all. Don’t work here. The bad reviews are not exaggerated.
Glassdoor staff remove reviews clearly in line with community guidelines

It is pretty clear that companies can easily get any negative posts they dislike taken down. What’s left are mostly fake articles written by companies that specialise in spamming positive reviews for money. Glassdoor used to actually be useful, you could rely on what was there in deciding your next career move. Clearly that value is no longer there, overridden by a focus on profit. Do some Analysis internally and see if your company has a bias to removing unfavourable articles for companies that pay to advertise vacancies on your site - almost certain you’ll find that it exists.
