We have used the app for a few months for my sons mini business. The site works really well for him and his customers. When we have had issues with setting it up (learning) the chat help has been almost instant and very helpful.

Ecwid is a great e-commerce system. I’ve been using it for several years and this app works well. I love the cash register sound every time a sale comes in.

Ecwid is a great e-commerce software with all the retail store features but for online store it does needs some improvement in SEO for Categories and design of the online store so one doesn’t have to integrate with third party because it makes your website slow due to scripts which we can’t minify and compress.
