Ignored my issue for months then sent me a rude reply

They ignored my request for help for months. I had someone use my phone without my permission and rack up over $1000 in different app charges. A small amount with that was in this app and they ignored me so I went to apple for a refund and it put my account in negative. Again I tried contacting them and was ignored. Now they have messaged me that they are recalling my prizes that I WON before this that I spent money on including paying for shipping. That is so ridiculous. I was a loyal customer for years. It feel so rude and unfair to do that to me over a small amount of money for prizes I’ve been waiting a year for, that I have paid shipping on which I’m sure they won’t refund me on. Oh and again ignoring me when I am trying to explain the situation. Avoid this app. They have bad customer service and take a year to send a prize which you then need to wait a further 3 months to come.

I won a number of prizes and requested shipping in Dec 2020. I chased them up a couple times after that and was ignored until the prizes were only shipped last month, literally 8 months after I won and requested the prizes. Mind that some prizes are seasonal items too.While I acknowledge that the pandemic is burning Japan badly, if this app has the manpower to continue to run the games and get paid, they should have the manpower to organise shipping. This is not Japan Post’s problem that the prizes were not sent so Toreba really cannot be blaming anyone else’s for that. I understand and accept that it can take 1-2 months by sea for the products to arrive but I can’t accept Toreba taking 8 months to post.

This app is terrible and an utter rip. After winning a prize they won't even ship to me and another previous prize won the said they shipped (didn't) been five and a half months will still nothing received but not surprised after seeing the previous reviews. Save you time and don't waste it on downloading this app I'm sure your money would be well spent more on what ever else in the precious second you don't use on downloading this app. Customer the customer service is horrendous as well. Terrible.
