You can either cook straight from the recipe or with the touch of a button add it to a meal plan. Once you have the meal plan set it will automatically generate a shopping list, saving you even more time!

This app has made our transition to a low-tox life so much simpler. The transition can be quite overwhelming and this app has really helped our family to make better and informed choices. It’s so easy and fast to scan a products ingredient list and know what’s in it. I didn’t understand all of the additives and their side affects, which ones are safe / safer, what should be totally avoided, but now I scan them and get to learn about them in the app! Did you know that not all additives are bad? I didn’t, until the app! Plus it has an abundance of delicious recipes, a meal plan, and now a community forum! It just keeps on getting better, an all in one stop additive free hub! I can confidently say that this app has been the biggest tool on our low-tox journey.

I am a 72 year old woman who thought I was cooking healthy nutritious food. But, when I came across Jo and Tracey many years ago, I learnt so much more. Having grandchildren helped me make those changes. In particular my first grandchild was a premature baby and turned out to be Gluten intolerant. What a difference to find what Jo and Tracey were doing to help their families. So, I went back to how I grew up, fresh fruit and veg straight from the garden. No additives, preservatives or colouring. Your recipes are easy and simple and the Thermomix was a great addition to my kitchen over 10 years ago. Thanks to these sisters I found a love for cooking again. Thanks for helping so many families , you are both terrific.

I have been following the Additive Free Lifestyle pages for a long time & really enjoy the content & thorough information on additives. As a rural family from Western Queensland we have always eaten normal whole foods & cooked from scratch so being able to find inspiration from a whole collection of new recipes is great. The most valuable things I’ve learnt have been around types of additives & their affect on us. This app is so innovative in identifying additive types & associated information, all packaged in takeaway from their content is the story behind the So much thought & quality information has gone into this app & I take my hat off to the Additive Free team for their effort in creating this.

The scanner in this app is phenomenal and the information in regards to additives been made available at my finger tips is a true credit to you all. It helps the kids understand its not just me saying no you cant have that its got preservative 202 blablabla in it. Now they can visually see the smiley/sad faces and theres way to understand it at their level and its not just me saying it. The meal planner and everything you have pulled into one space is amazing. Thank you fo being so committed to delivering this app. Truely appreciative and recommend this app.
