I have had this for over a year. I always end up having to log in manually to the web site to retreieve a password. The extension can't be either on or off. I am sure there is some setting but I don't know what it is. I kept my other password manager going so may have to abandon Nordpass.

I had a terrible experience with Nord which has caused me to cancel by subscription and put me off them forever. They are very sneaky with payment and currency charges. I live in Australia and was using their VPN to be connected to an Australian server. The plan information and payment pages all indicated AUD was displayed, but apparently it was USD and they charged nearly double the amount advertised. This is very sneaky, and a concern I had raised with them 2 years ago when I first signed up. They give the usual feedback of "thank you, we appreciate your feedback" but it's all platitudes and they don't actually do anything. They just want your money, and when you contact support for assistance you are basically on a scripted chat bot merry-go-round, and get no actual assistance. I would be very very uncomfortable having my passwords in their system because to them you are just a $ sign, they have very little integrity.

the installation and integration was a bit convoluted but once installed properly it integrates to Safari just fine and you can use passkeys and biometric authentication very much like you can on your phone or in chrome. You also don't have to re-enter your master passowrd all the time like some make it to be, it's just a setting adjustement.

App works fine on windows but the Mac version is a struggle. Have to enter Master PW at least three different times and it doesn’t autofill logins - have to manually copy from the web version of NordPass. Paid up for two years so will have to persevere but gee, I expected better.
Building good things takes time. So since the last release, we've mainly focused on catching and eliminating pesky bugs.
