Tried the 3 day free trial then got charged for a yearly subscription

I am very disappointed with this app tried it for the free three day trial then got charged for a yearly subscription that I didn’t sign up for. Thankfully the money wasn’t taken from My account as there wasn’t sufficient funds, but now even though I cancelled the subscription it’s still saying on My apple account that the subscription won’t end until 2027. And they are still trying to charge My account for the subscription even though I cancelled it therefore I am unable to update apps that need updating. I have emailed the app company that made this app and keep getting the same generic response. So buyer beware you may think you’re getting a free trial but they will trap you.

first of all, if anyone is reading this, it's a great thing to use for animals, human beings and other things but just don't use it on things that might turn out ugly so if you're upside down, I took a photo of my big cousin and then it turned it out as a frog with helium and it's in its face. I was like what and I spoke about laughing and I was supposed to delete it but it's okay this game this AI thing is amazing. I would recommend again just try to get rid of the ads

It’s good for three days (the three days of the free trial) but then after teh free trial, it’s quite boring because almost all of the things are premium. I give this three stars because it isn’t fair that you need to be $50 to get all the good stuff. Besides, if practically all the stuff in the app is money why not just make the app money and all the stuff inside free? It doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway this is just my opinion, I would like it if the creators could make a couple more things that aren’t premium.
