After ordering a ride 2 days before it was cancelled 5 minutes before schedule departure at 0600hrs… “unable to find driver”. I received several alerts to be ready for pickup then told no driver available and to rebook…. I ordered a Gojek ride… picked up in 3 minutes.

My ride was canceled twice by your driver claiming they couldn’t get to pillar 11 unless I can obtain permission from someone at the airport. I was then made to walk to pillar 38 then I received a call from another Xanh driver telling me he had just picked up my job and wanted me to go back to pillar 11. After 15+ minutes of being messed around, I was really frustrated and I told the last driver I wasn’t going to walk back to pillar 11, If he couldn’t come to pillar 38 I just would get a taxi instead of going through the app again. He abused me and told me every driver is different, the previous driver couldn’t get to pillar 11 didn’t mean it’s the same for him. How ridiculous is that statement??? I’m just a customer, booking a ride through the app, why am I expected to know which driver can do what and why am I expected to inconvenient myself to satisfy your driver’s demand?
This company needs an improvement a lot if want to compete with others

It used to be an option and good ones in Jakarta however seems like there is no improvement at all. When they just started in Jakarta the drivers always doesnt have the eToll and now Sept 2026 the same problem still occurs. If you dont have local card to pay, the app will direct straight away to cash payment.
This is a scam - voucher cannot be used

I purchased a Rp249,000 voucher that promised 5 uses with discounts of up to Rp60,000. However, I was unable to use the voucher at all.When I contacted customer service, I was told that the voucher is only valid in Jakarta. This restriction was never stated in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.There is no refund option, no proper solution offered, and the voucher expires within just one month. This feels very misleading and unfair to customers.
