Best app for playing PS5 on Macbook

If you’re looking for a way to play your PS5 (or Xbox, Nintendo etc. basically any device with an HDMI output) on your Macbook screen… then this is it! Was so hard to find something that achieved this, and this is the absolute best solution I’ve come across. I use this with a Genki Shadowcast 2 and it works perfectly. Resolution is good, colours look great, response time/latency is extremely good and I can’t tell the difference from playing directly on a screen connected to the PS5. Input lag is extremely minimal if any. Such an amazing, streamlined, simple, and lightweight app. Thank you so much to the developer for not bloating it with unneeded features. Just captures your HDMI input and displays it on your laptops screen. Perfect 😊 Kicks Sony’s own ‘Remote Play’ app out of the water as this is direct connection, full quality.

I’m using an Elgato 4K S, and it works great using my laptop as a screen. I’ve used it with both my Xbox Series X and my Gentoo Linux desktop.
