I love this game and I’m happy to spend some money but I’m not rich and it’s completely unfair, even cruel how much they are charging for everything! Charging loads for things that don’t even add up to much in the game or go very far towards upgrades. Saying there is 850% off is an absolute joke! Sure there are $2-5 small packages that are however useless, unless you buy 10-20 of them. $150Aud for yes a “gold” high end ship that you will still need to upgrade, I think is asking far too much. Especially when (spoiler alert) you end up with over 4 boats all needing individual upgrading. It’s no wonder people go broke on these games, they become as bad a gambling. If you charged less and made it more affordable you would probably get a larger number of people being able to spend money and there for balance out the playability and fairness of the game for everyone. It’s unfair for people that still want to be competitive and somewhat keep up with the overall pace of the game while playing against people that must be spending hundreds or more to upgrade and “be the best” and obliterate the rest! Other than that I love the game it’s fun to play and the storyline, characters, graphics and artwork are incredible. For everything other than cost I would give it 5 stars. However for the cost of literally everything in the game, I would give it 2 stars!

Been playing for a year or more, the game on iOS iPad glitches constantly. This last 6 months worse than ever. I like playing it so I put up with being thrown out of the game constantly, then logging back in. It throws me out, at reset time, in squad, games, and for no reason at all. Yes I’ve hit repair, yes I’ve kept uptodate with upgrades. But seriously this time 12 times within 60 minutes. Support has not fixed this issue and many players complain of the same thing. Also not my wifi, I can stream 4K flawlessly and other games work fine. I spend money on this game so please spend money on fixing these bugs. Regards P..sed off player

There was a moment when the game was fun. F2p players were able to grow appropriately. But now everything has turned into pure cash grab & no real improvements for gaming experience unless you comply with the cash grab. The game is lacking in-game information for overall game mechanism, algorithms for hero skills & stats, including safety features. Each time details were asked, the response would be ‘thank you, we note your suggestion on records’. We turn blind eyes for many bugs the inability to calculate stats, skills, dmg output etc - I was told that formulas calculation in the game can only be explored by players themselves. Funplus FAILED to provide clear information & misleading their customers. In addition, servers matchings are poorly arranged & the game ‘allows’ game politics & resulting in lack of war time in a war game. One of the new features is adding a simulation game within a war game. This move really killed it, & of course another greedy cash grab. Echoo said the new features supposed to improve game experience without having to spend $$. But the element linked to power increase of course linked to having to buy packages.Our biggest whale, VIP 19, encountered an accident due to safety warning was not in place, put through a request & was not treated as a VIP should be. Echoo existed for VIP & definitely deliver POOR customer services. They do not care! So now, 4 most powerful accounts decided to quit & put a stop to willingly be SCAMMED. Surely more will follow. Congratulations Funplus, you successfully killed a server. Hope you have a good explanation to the server & be responsible for it. We will NOT play any game released by Funplus nor recommend it to our gaming friends. BE SMART and stay away from scam.

After playing this game on and off for several years, I’m completely re-writing my review written after a year, and raising my one star to four.It’s improved and has become a huge multi feature game with something for everyone. There’s so much here to keep you occupied throughout the day, whether you spend money or not.There’s a steep and long learning curve and it can take months of regular playing to understand what you’re actually doing.New events and mechanics are constantly evolving and once you work out how you want to play this game, you can adjust your agenda to suit your unique style.As with all games of this type, high spending whales are going to dominate in many areas.Some of the events and the reward systems can be quite deceptive, much like fairground games where it looks easy to win a prize, but it’s rigged so that it’s impossible in reality. Something that looks like pure chance is programmed not to pay out.If something feels wrong, it probably is.Spend what you can genuinely afford, and if that’s nothing, you can still get a lot of fun and amusement here.Keep starting over for a different journey, play multiple accounts, play with friends, the possibilities are endless.
