Update/TLDR: Excellent app, works as expected, and customer support is amazing. Most part of the app work as expected. Though on my car (bmw i4) there seems to be something strange happening with the current charging stats. When connected to 240v single phase, line 1 and 2 show 240v in, and line 3 shows 2v. The amperage sections show line one and two with basically zero amps, but line 3 shows 7amps (I’m connected to an 8amp charger). The wattage section shows line 1 and 3 as basically 0w, with line 2 displaying the correct 1.6ish kw.TLDR, the battery charging screen is showing information in incorrect locations.Everything else seems to be working fine.(Ps, I would normally give 4 stars for an issue like this, but considering the price of this app, my expectations are higher, so two it is until this bug is fixed)Update, I’ve reached out to support and they have promptly replied (seeking more info at this stage). I’ll update this further as things happen.Update 2: Apparently the issue has been found and an update should be available in the next 24hours.Will update again when I receive this.Update 3: I’ve been given access to a beta version of the app, and have confirmed that all known issues have been fixed. All in all the support process was excellent, they responded quickly (always within one day, and often quicker). Support was also super quick in fixing the issue and gave an accurate estimate to how long it would take. The whole process from reaching out to them to receiving a beta/fixed version only took a couple days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
