The Correos App allows you to manage the sending and receipt of your parcels whether you are the Sender or Recipient, without having to enter any delivery codes. The app takes care of tracking them for you, even shipments that the user processes on Vinted, Wallapop, etc... Check the status of your orders or change the delivery address, all from the Correos App.
Geolocate your nearest Correos office, Citypaq, or mailbox from the app, based on your location or any address you need. From the App, enter the necessary details to make the shipment, and the process at the office will be much quicker when you drop off the parcel.
You will also be able to book an appointment at any office, speeding up any process. A code is generated from the Correos App that you only need to enter in the dispenser at the office. You may carry out customs formalities with an intrinsic value of up to €150. You can search for your postcode or enter a street and find the corresponding postcode.

The Spanish postal system is absolutely shocking. They have not helped me at all to receive a package my family sent me from home, and every time I try to go to the post office they are so rude and unhelpful. I have been told to register with Correos online, which I did, and then told to go through the website or app to say I want my package delivered to my home address. Should it not already be delivered to my home address since that’s the address on the package? The whole website is absolutely useless and does not work, and neither does the app. It’s really disappointing.
